PoweredentirelybysolarandhydroenergyfromtheVoltaRiverAuthority,thestate-of-the-artfacilityaddressescriticalinfrastructurebottlenecksthathavehistoricallylimitedregionalenterprisegrowth.Byhostingsovereigncloudnetworksandlocalizedartificialintelligencemodels,thehubwillreducelatencyacrossWestAfrica,enablinglocalstartups,financialinstitutions,andagriculturaltechinnovatorstodeploycomplexmachinelearningsolutionsatafractionofcurrentcosts.
