In the fifth week of the ongoing University Teachers Association Of Ghana(UTAG) strike the National Labour Commission has submitted an interloctutory injunction application to the Accra Court which is presided over by Justice Frank Aboard a Rockson.

The court in the afternoon of February 15 2022,has ordered The Univeristy Teachers Association of Ghana(UTAG) to health the strike and go back to their various Lecture halls to impact knowledge to the students.

Justice Frank Aboadwe made it clear that UTAG must suspend the strike until the Final. Determination are made from the received application by tge National Labour Commission to return to the negotiation table to the government of Ghana

The substantive matter for enforcement has been adjourned by the Accra Court to February 22.
