Dancehall Artiste Stonebwoy has said that he lost relatives because of the MenzGold saga.
There have been calls for Stonebwoy to be stripped of all awards he has won in Ghana for endorsing schemes that end up being scams.

But reacting to the calls, Stonebwoy indicated that they are not justified.
He said he knows people who made money from MenzGold and also people who lost money.
He added that apart from money, he also lost some relatives who could not stand the shock after MenzGold was closed down and their monies were locked.
“I care about people who have lost money in that particular scheme but I don’t have a role to play. I know people who have gained money, lost money and I even lost relatives. You can’t say I don’t care about those who lost money.”
