Arsenal captain Martin Ødegaard has signed a new long-term contract with the club, keeping him at the Emirates Stadium until June 2028.
Ødegaard joined Arsenal from Real Madrid in 2021, and quickly established himself as one of the most important players in the team. He was named captain at the start of last season, and led the Gunners to a fifth-place finish in the Premier League.
