Francis Xavier Sosu, a member of parliament representing Madina, has been detained by the police on suspicion of reckless and careless driving.

This was stated by the Police on Friday, November 4.

According to the police, the legislator who breached the law was apprehended on November 3, 2022 after he was seen driving recklessly in the center of the road near the airport in a car with the license plate GB-9776-21, disregarding pedestrians and other road users who were following the law.

Police have seized his car, and they’ve ordered him to appear in court so that the legal system may be followed to its fullest extent.
