The Executive Director of Ghana Petroleum Corporation(GNPC),Dominic Eduah visited Apeatse near Bogoso today 25th January 2022 to check the aftermath of the explosion.
He made it clear that Tertiary students from the community will be given scholarships under the GNPC scholarship scheme to lessen the financial burden of the parents in Apeatse.
He pledged on behalf of the board of trustees to the people of Apeatse that the GNPC through its CSR arm,GNPC foundation will construct a 6 units and 3 units classroom to serve as primary and JHS blocks respectively.
He added that a 12 units sanitary facility will be constructed for the community.
According to him,the construction is aimed at improving both the Educational,Health and Hygiene conditions of the residents of Apeatse.
