The People’s Project founder Kwame A plus is not happy about the respond from stanbic bank concerning how a young man was treated by the bank.
A case concerning a young man who was arrested by the Ghana police when he tried to withdraw GHC100 from his stanbic bank account.
The young man account was freezed by the bank and escorted by the Ghana police to their custody.He was detained for 24 hours before he was allowed to call a family memeber or a friend.The reason for his arrest is that his account was used to withdraw GHC4800 from their client to which the young man said it is not true.
Later an employee of stanbic bank apologised to him that it was a mistake and the bank will give him an amount of GHC1000 as a compensation.
