Nicki Minaj, a rapper and musician of Trinidadian descent, has expressed her sympathy to Nigerian artist Davido and his fiancée Chioma after the passing of their baby Ifeanyi.

Nicki Minaj posted on her Instagram story that she was sending Chioma and Davido her sincere condolences during this difficult moment.

While Davido and Chioma were away on a trip on Monday, October 31, Ifeanyi drowned in the pool at his father’s house.

Many people were shocked by the 3-year-old boy’s death and wished it weren’t true up until the authorities announced it was true.

Since then, the family has received a flood of condolence letters from friends, coworkers, and supporters.
