The internal election at the Shama constituency has been halt by the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Western Region.
Members in the constituency are not happy because they feel committee members in the party are going contrary to the constituency and has therefore sued them.
The election will continue immediately after the outcome of the case which is put before the court.
The Takoradi and Kwesimintsim constituencies are also in court over some polling station election but the party says it will still continue the elections.
