Tyler Huntley is a former American football quarterback. He was born on the 3rd of February 1998 in Hallandale Beach, Florida.

He grew up in a football loving family. He developed a passion for the sport at an early age. Huntley went on to play football for Hallandale High School, where he excelled as a quarterback.

After graduating from high school, Huntley committed to play at the University of Utah. He redshirted his freshman year. He saw limited action as a backup in his sophomore year. However, he got his chance to start his junior year and made the most of it. Huntley had a breakout season, leading the Utes to the Pac-12 South Division Championship and a trip to the Pac-12 Championship Game. He was named Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week twice. Tyler Huntley arrived at Utah as a redshirt freshman in 2016 and started out backing up Troy Williams. However, he showed his talent by completing 199 of 312 passes for 2,411 yards, 15 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in 2017 to secure the starting quarterback position.

The following year, he started the first nine games before being sidelined due to injury and finished the season with 150 completed passes for 1,788 yards, 12 touchdowns and six interceptions.

Huntley returned as the starter in his senior year and had an outstanding season, leading the Utes to the Pac-12 final. He passed for 3,092 yards and 19 touchdowns with just four interceptions.
