In December 2021, he was expected to start due to Lamar Jackson’s injury but was put on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Huntley was the starter in the Week 17 game against the Los Angeles Rams, which resulted in a loss. The Ravens placed an exclusive-rights free agent tender on Huntley in March 2022 and he saw his first action of the season in Week 12.

He led a game-winning drive in the next week against the Denver Broncos and started the following week against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but was knocked out of the game with a concussion. On January 31, 2023, Huntley was named to the 2023 Pro Bowl as an injury replacement for Josh Allen.
