A GoFundMe campaign has been initiated by the family of Manish Handa, a Tampa-based technology architect who recently passed away under mysterious circumstances.

Handa tragically died in an accident on the morning of Friday, December 20, 2024, while walking with his wife, according to the GoFundMe page. His sudden death has left his family in shock and mourning. The fundraiser aims to support his wife, parents, and 14-year-old son during this difficult time.

“Manish was a beacon of kindness and positive vibes. He never shied away from lending a helping hand. He brought joy and happiness to everyone around him. We all will remember Manish by his charming smile,” the fundraiser description reads.

As of the time of this report, the campaign has raised $65,224 towards its $250,000 goal.

Manish Handa was the Chief Architect at Persistent Systems, a data information company based in Tampa, a position he had held since November last year. Prior to this, he served as the Principal Technology Architect at EY, also in Tampa. Handa’s career included a decade-long tenure at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC). He was educated at the National Institute of Science & Technology in India, where he studied Computer Science, and later attended Harvard University.
