It is important for churches and Christians to contribute to the completion of the National Cathedral

Date:

The National Cathedral Secretariat has appealed to churches and the Christian community to contribute to the completion of the National Cathedral project.
The Secretariat estimates that if one million Christians donated GH₵‎100 per month, the project could be completed by 2024.

The Executive Director of the National Cathedral Secretariat, Dr. Paul Opoku Mensah, stated that the church should encourage its members to contribute to the project, which was envisioned by the government in 2017 as a symbol of national unity, harmony, and spirituality.

The inter-denominational cathedral will have an auditorium that can seat 5,000 people, as well as chapels and a baptistery, and is expected to cost $450 million
