John Mahama is disappointed with the delay of the payment for arrears of the National Services Personnel allowance.

There have been persistent pressure on the Secretariat on the 2 month delays of the personnel mandatory allowance.

Graduates per the laws of Ghana are to undergo 1 year services after completion of their Tertiary Education.As they serve the country ,they are paid an amount of GHC559.

The Former President of the Republic of Ghana has added his voice to the out cry of personnels.He said it in a post sighted by countryghana on his official Facebook page
